About Fibre-Tech
Fibre-Tech Insulation designs, manufactures, installs and services Insulation Systems & Stainless Steel Pipe Work and Fabrications.
We have been designing and manufacturing specialist insulation systems and pipe work for Engines and Exhaust Systems for more than 20 years. During this time we have had the privilege of developing long term partnerships with leading companies associated with Bus, Truck, Marine, Power Generation, Rail and other Specialist Industries associated with emissions technology and emissions reduction.
Fibre-Tech Insulation is a UK based company located in Melbourn near to Cambridge and is part of RBF Industries Limited whose head office in Southend-on-Sea in Essex.
HEAT SHIELDS
Our Heat Shields are designed to operate in arduous conditions and to provide a solution for the reduction and control of thermal output and enhanced performance across a range of Engines, Exhaust Manifolds and other applications where extreme temperatures are required to be managed.
FLEXIBLE HEAT SHIELDS
Manufactured from materials capable of operating in contact with extremely high temperatures. A key feature of this type of Heat Shield is its ability to be rapidly removed and reinstated while in service without the need for specialist tooling; thus reducing service down time and the need for spare parts. Manufactured from Stainless Steel and providing a permanent insulation encapsulation system that is not only highly effective in terms of its thermal performance but provides an aesthetic finish. View product

RISK MANAGEMENT & SAFETY
Insulation Heat Shields reduce risk of fire and the exposure of staff to high surface temperatures. Furthermore the materials used in the manufacture of Heat Shields is safe to handle.
DESIGN
Through our Engineering Design we will provide a solution tailored to meet customer requirements for the efficient and cost effective insulation of complex engine and exhaust configurations or other applications that require thermal management. During the design process materials will be selected for construction of the Heat Shield that will provide the optimum thermal performance taking into account the environment in which heatshield must operate in.
ENVIRONMENTAL
We work closely with customers to develop insulation systems that enhance an exhaust system's performance for meeting emissions standards.
QUALITY
All of our heatshields are designed and manufactured in our ISO approved UK facilities. We have a genuine understanding of customer requirements for continual improvement in terms of product development and cost management and the need to meet demanding and changing deadlines.
